When will it actually ship?
If we hit the threshold, we place the production order right away. Between manufacturing, freight, and customs clearance, expect 10–12 weeks from the campaign close date to delivery. We'll email you at each real milestone — not a generic tracking page.
What happens if you don't hit 200 reservations?
Every authorization is released, in full, automatically. We won't run the campaign again with the same threshold without telling you why the first one didn't clear it.
Is this a subscription?
No — this presale is a one-time 3-pack. Subscriptions come later, once we've got initial stock moving.
Where is it made, and what certifications does it carry?

Can I get a refund after the threshold is hit?
